Roberto Bernad, Project Manager for CreaSus at Fundación Banco Santander, was invited to the prestigious 2024 ENCATC Academy on Sustainable Cultural Management and Policy in Lille, France. The training was organised by ENCATC – The European Network on Cultural Management and Policy in partnership with the European Network of Museum Organisations (NEMO), Eurocities, Goldsmiths University of London, and Julie’s Bicycle, and hosted by Ville de Lille.
On 25 April, Roberto took the floor for a dedicated session on the project for an audience of over 40 professionals from diverse corners of Europe. His presentation not only provided an insightful glimpse into the background, objectives, and anticipated outcomes of the CreaSus project but also offered a platform to delve into the intricacies of CreaSus’s self-assessment framework and indicators. Additionally, attendees gained valuable insights into the ongoing efforts to develop taxonomies for categorising CCSIs.
The enthusiastic engagement from participating organizations was palpable, with a multitude of inquiries arising regarding the practical implementation and utilization of the self-assessment tools, opportunities for involvement in piloting initiatives, and the availability of initial project findings.
